The second edition of this Digital Benchmark Report, produced by Serviced Apartment news in association with Travel Intelligence Network and ReviewPro, explores how serviced apartment brands are using digital channels and social media in their digital marketing strategies.

A number of underlying trends are driving the growth of digital in travel including the explosion of social media and online reviews, personalization, mobile marketing and the Internet of Things (IoT). By looking at how the serviced apartment sector is embracing the opportunities afforded by the digital world, the report aims to share best practices and to shape thinking amongst serviced apartment marketers.
