ReviewPro provides Online Reputation Management analytics to support HI Standards

Hostelling International’s well-established Assured Standards means guests can rely on a consistent level of services and facilities wherever they stay. ReviewPro and Hostelling International have launched a new partnership to provide Online Reputation Management analytics across the whole organization, to help further understand what are today’s guest expectations. The partnership will also support the HI Quality & Sustainability management system. The International office will now provide relevant guest insights for the 500 HI-Q(&S) hostels across 41 National Associations, and will help the whole network adhere to HI Standards across all of their properties.
