Leadership Team
ReviewPro was founded in early 2008 and started commercializing its first product in September 2009. Today, our team is comprised of more than 100 people from 25 nationalities, with head offices in Barcelona, Atlanta, and Singapore.

Before ReviewPro, Michael founded a tech company in Germany and later created a joint venture with NTRGlobal. Since joining ReviewPro as VP of Sales, then as CRO, and now as CEO, he has driven the company’s growth and revenue.
Having been a business leader in the SaaS industry for the last 20 years, Michael has a wealth of experience in driving growth and innovation in competitive and fast-paced environments.

Neil has worked at all management levels of the hotel industry including Front Office, Revenue, General, and Operations. Prior to working at ReviewPro, he was Product Manager at Travelclick, and responsible for organizing distribution software and channel management. Thanks to this range of experience in hospitality, Neil has exceptional insights into the needs and challenges faced by the industry. Since joining ReviewPro in 2012 Neil has held the position of Director of Engagement, VP of Global Customer Success and is now COO.

Dimitry is one of the ReviewPro founders. He brings exceptional insights into building complex, distributed software systems that are capable of handling large user and data loads.
Before ReviewPro, Dimitry worked as a Senior Analyst at eDreams and Planeta Group. His first role in ReviewPro was Director of Engineering, followed by VP of Platform & Data, VP of Data & Architecture and now ReviewPro CTO.

Erik Schultink is the former CTO of Tuenti, a social communication service based in Spain that was acquired by Telefónica in 2010. Prior to Tuenti, Erik co-founded Essembly, a political social network, and in 2004, Erik joined Facebook as the first non-founding employee.
