At ReviewPro, we get questions like these a lot:

What review volume should be considered successful?

Since this varies so widely from property to property, let’s use a new metric:

Room nights-to-review conversion rate

Take your global review volume, divide that by the number of room nights you have each month, and calculate the conversion rate.

Take steps to encourage more reviews, and then track your progress with this metric over time.
