Star Ratings Australia Partners with ReviewPro to Improve Guest Experience at Australian Hotels

ReviewPro just signed an important partnership agreement with Star Ratings Australia, the country’s national accommodation ratings organization.

Star Ratings Australia undertook the partnership with the aim of improving the overall standards of hospitality and the guest experience provided at hotels countrywide. The partnership will be comprised of two phases:

In Phase One of the partnership, all Star Rated properties throughout Australia will receive free access to ReviewPro’s ORM solution, along with the Global Review Index™ (GRI), the industry standard online reputation score used by hotels worldwide as a benchmark for guest satisfaction.

With these tools, Star Rated properties in Australia will obtain deeper insight into operational and service strengths and weaknesses from online feedback, so they can increase guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Phase Two of the partnership will provide ReviewPro’s Guest Rating Score™, along with Star Ratings Australia’s rating scheme, to consumers looking to book with an Australian hotel, a very important step in improving transparency and providing potential guests with the most accurate information about each Star Rated property in Australia.

The partnership is noteworthy for two major reasons:

• It will provide the majority of Australian hotels with access to ReviewPro’s Guest Intelligence solutions.
