ReviewPro’s Reputation Scorecards provide hotels free access to their online reputation score

From Berlin to Buenos Aires, Cape Town to Chennai, ReviewPro has opened the door to hoteliers to see the online guest satisfaction score –as measured by the Global Review Index™, ReviewPro’s industry-standard online reputation benchmark– of thousands of hotels in nearly 300 cities for free.

By clicking on’s “Reputation Scorecard” tab, you can now find a quick synopsis of how guests view a property based on reviews published in more than 45 languages on TripAdvisor,, HolidayCheck and 100+ Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and review sites. You can see how your property is doing, check the performance of your rival, the hotel you left last year or the hotel you’re considering joining next year.

ReviewPro, the leading provider of social media analytics and reputation management for hotels, gives hoteliers the ability to search by location or a specific property name. If you don’t see your hotel, you can submit the name and ReviewPro will add it.

When you look up a destination, you’ll see the Top 10 cities rated by their Global Review Index™ score, based on the reviews of the previous month.

When you click on a specific hotel, you’ll also find:

  • The property’s GRI
  • How the GRI ranks against all the hotels in that same city
  • How the GRI ranks against hotels within the same star category
  • The top-rated department and concept for the hotel based on ReviewPro’s sentiment analysis of reviews

According to RJ Friedlander, CEO of ReviewPro, “Our Reputation Scorecards give hotel professionals across the world a free taste of ReviewPro’s unparalleled guest satisfaction intelligence. The scorecards offer a teaser of the high-level analysis that thousands of leading hotels leverage enjoy in our subscription service, which offers additional analytics and insight for them to improve guest satisfaction and revenue.”
