Starting on June 24th, thousands of hotel industry leaders – including ReviewPro CEO RJ Friedlander – will descend on Minneapolis to discuss hotel technology at the annual Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference (HITEC), one of the world’s largest technology exhibitions.
HITEC will bring together more than 300 companies including well-known chains such as Starwood and Mandarin Oriental, as well as vendors. Attendees will see the latest services and gadgets including futuristic guestroom door locks, TVs and touch-screen signage.
Given the rising influence of technology on guest satisfaction today, Friedlander and ReviewPro Business Development Director Josiah Mackenzie will attend the three-day conference to discuss how monitoring hotels’ online reputation helps boost guest satisfaction scores (as monitored by ReviewPro’s Global Review Index™) and fatten a hotel’s bottom line.
On 25th June, ReviewPro will co-host a happy hour alongside data-upselling specialists Nor1, to network with top hospitality leaders and technology professionals.
“The hospitality industry has witnessed an immense shift towards social and digital media in recent years,” Friedlander says. “Online reputation management is the next logical step for hotel professionals looking to leverage their guest data, and we look forward to meeting those who are interested in optimizing revenue through data analysis.”
