This week sees the third edition of the Norwegian Digital Travel Conference in Kristiansand, Norway as part of the Digital Tourism Think Tank initiative.
The event is centered around digital leadership in travel and will see delegates discuss and learn about the areas in which destinations and businesses are challenged most.
Our VP of Sales, Michael Kessler, will be attending the two-day event to discuss the importance of Brand Reputation. Speaking about the importance of reviews and how to think about a 360 strategy for businesses, Michael will approach things from the user perspective. Using ReviewPro’s Guest Intelligence data, his talk will take both a micro to macro perspective on reputation looking at:
