Online reputation management has become a key part of the overall digital marketing strategy across all segments of the hospitality industry in recent years, making it vital for industry professionals to engage and learn.
ReviewPro collaborated with Serviced Apartment News to provide data on the online reputation of the serviced apartments brands. Commenting on this collaboration, RJ Friedlander, CEO of ReviewPro said “The publishing of the Serviced Apartment Digital Marketing Benchmark Report offers valuable insight to the industry and we are very happy to be involved. I am looking forward to our research being discussed within a growing sector where delivering great guest experiences is increasingly important.”
Analysis included in the report was driven by ReviewPro’s Global Review IndexTM, an industry-standard online reputation score, which is used by thousands of hotels worldwide as a benchmark for reputation management efforts. The data was collected from 331,303 online guest reviews published between June 2014 and June 2015 from 142 online travel agencies and review sites.
Cheval Residences, luxury apartment providers in prestigious areas of London, came out on top as the leaders in online reputation achieving an impressive overall GRITM of 92.3%. The next best performing brand is Modena Residence with a GRITM of 89.9%, followed closely by Jumeirah Hotels, Fraser Residence and Homewood Suites.
The launch event included a report presentation by Mark Harris, Travel Intelligence Network, followed by a panel discussion with Piers Brown, CEO International Hospitality Media, Michael Kessler, VP of Sales ReviewPro and Brian Reeves, GOPPAR Digital.
