The ReviewPro team has just returned from a successful and busy few days at ITB Berlin, the world’s leading Travel Trade Show. Yet again we were impressed by the sheer scope and diversity at the event: over 10,000 companies from 188 countries represented their products and services in a display area stretching 160,000 square meters.
ITB 2013 proved an exciting year for technological solutions within the travel and hospitality industry. We noticed a strong emphasis on cutting-edge products designed to accommodate the evolving nature of travel and communication today and look forward to seeing them in the marketplace soon.
We had the pleasure of meeting hundreds of companies and individuals over the course of the week and ReviewPro is proud to announce a collaboration with ZDirect, experts in electronic customer relationship management and e-marketing.
ReviewPro CEO and founder RJ Friedlander underpinned our presence at ITB with a presentation explaining how ReviewPro software helps hoteliers to unlock greater business potential.
The main points of this presentation included:

-How to leverage the Internet to track and improve guest satisfaction
-Why semantic analysis holds the key to the future of reputation management for hotels
RJ Friedlander also took the opportunity to introduce the Revenue Optimizer™, a pioneering new module within the ReviewPro platform designed to allow any hotel to measure its level of revenue optimization, gaining specific insight into what needs to be improved to maximize revenue growth. “With the launch of our Revenue Optimizer, any revenue manager can make better decisions and maximize their revenue by analyzing what customers say about their experience both in their hotel and in those of its direct competitors,” he said.
