Many hoteliers today use Guest Satisfaction Surveys to gather in-depth feedback from guests but did you know that surveys can also be highly effective for encouraging guests to publish an online review?
Last year, ReviewPro partnered with HolidayCheck to enable clients to activate the HolidayCheck review form at the end of their surveys for all German and Polish speaking guests to help hotels build review volume on the popular review site.
We wanted to help our hotel clients boost the review conversion rate on HolidayCheck even further and so recently launched a new development. Whereas previously surveys linked to the HolidayCheck review wizard, hotels can now choose to integrate the HolidayCheck options within the flow of the ReviewPro guest survey. This gives hotels more flexibility to select whatever best suits the property’s needs as each hotel’s guest survey is unique.
So how does it work?
If a hotel chooses to integrate the HolidayCheck review wizard within their guest survey the process is as follows:
While completing the survey the guest is asked if they are willing for
information to be published on HolidayCheck via a simple tick box question. If the guest agrees they will be asked to complete a few more pieces of information and then the survey results will be sent to the hotel and to be published on HolidayCheck.
