Based on customized views of the reviews or survey responses, users can choose to see only the most relevant analytics for their department. The option to create and assign tickets to staff helps users to mobilize their team to ensure important shortcomings get resolved quickly and everyone is centered on delivering excellence. For example, if an unhappy guest completes an in-stay survey halfway into their stay, hoteliers will receive a notification on the App, allowing them to implement service recovery whilst the guest is still on property.
