This month, meet Charlotte Rutland. Charlotte works in ReviewPro’s Client Services department and regularly holds training sessions for ReviewPro clients to deepen their knowledge of the product.
Where are you from and how long have you been in BCN?
I am from the UK and have been in Barcelona for just over 2 years.
What did you do before you came to ReviewPro?
Before I came to ReviewPro, I was working as an Account Manager at Disney in their London office.
Talk us through your usual day
My usual day is spent helping new clients get up and running with the tool through online trainings and helping with general queries, as well as working closely with existing clients to ensure they are getting the most out of the system.
What’s your favorite part of working at ReviewPro?
I think the best thing about working here is the people, everyone is very sociable and international, which creates a great working environment. It’s also a great place to learn about different areas in the industry and a big bonus that we are in sunny Barcelona!
What do you think is the biggest challenge facing hoteliers today?
I think the biggest challenge for hoteliers today is to adapt to the on-going changes in technology and traveler behavior, as well as still being competitive in their market place.
