Barcelona, Spain – March 16th, 2015 – ReviewPro, the leading provider of Guest Intelligence solutions to independent hotel brands worldwide, has announced a new, multi-year deal with Cotococha Lodge, a boutique eco-lodge located in Ecuador’s Amazon rainforest, overlooking the majestic Napo River.
Cotococha Lodge implemented ReviewPro’s Online Reputation Management (ORM) solution to effectively manage guest feedback data, aggregated from 142 review sites and online travel agencies (OTAs) in 45+ languages, and Guest Survey Solution (GSS), a powerful, yet flexible survey management solution that provides hotels with deep insight into guests’ experience post-stay.
The combination of ORM and GSS will provide Cotococha Lodge with the Guest Intelligence necessary to identify what guests like and dislike [about the property] and determine how the guest experience can be improved. Taking action on these insights will positively impact the property’s ranking on TripAdvisor, as well as other major review sites and OTAs, while driving revenue. A groundbreaking Cornell University study (using ReviewPro’s Guest Intelligence data) confirmed that an increased online reputation score can have a significant positive impact on a property’s ADR, occupancy and RevPAR, further increasing the ROI of ReviewPro’s solutions.
In order to more effectively measure the property’s online reputation, Cotococha Lodge will also have access to ReviewPro’s Global Review Index™ (GRI), an online reputation score that will be the benchmark for the property’s ongoing reputation management efforts.
“As we are located in a more remote location, one of our greatest concerns was maintaining visibility and ranking on review sites and online travel agencies, in order to stimulate bookings,” said Bram Evers, General Manager at Cotococha Lodge. “ReviewPro’s reputation management for hotels and survey management solutions will enable us to identify our operational and service strengths and weaknesses using the data in our guest reviews and survey responses. Now, we are equipped with the tools necessary to improve the guest experience and our ranking on the review sites that matter most to potential guests.”
“We’re delighted that Cotococha Lodge has implemented ReviewPro’s Guest Intelligence solutions,” said RJ Friedlander, CEO at ReviewPro. “Our award-winning tools will provide the property with a distinct competitive advantage over local competitors, as they will be able to react much more quickly to any issues that may arise and, as such, will increase their ranking on review sites, which can result in a boost in ADR and RevPAR.”
