AA Hotel and Hospitality Services have been recommending and acknowledging hotel excellence for over a century, creating a world-renowned hotel inspection and star-rating scheme.
The aim of the partnership is to provide deep guest insights to improve the overall standards of hospitality and the guest experience at hotels across the country. All members of the AA Hotel Scheme will receive free access to a core functionality of ReviewPro’s Online Reputation Management (ORM) solution, along with the Global Review Index™ (GRI), the industry standard online reputation score used by hotels worldwide as a benchmark for guest satisfaction.
