The Ritz-Carlton Berlin Takes #1 Spot in Industry Benchmark B2B Ranking
Berlin, March 8, 2010 – ReviewPro, the leading B2B provider of online reputation and social media management solutions for the hotel sector, announced today a ranking of the 10 top rated hotels in Berlin based on guest satisfaction. For the first time, the hotel sector has an industry standard benchmark that takes into account guest reviews from the leading review sites and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) from around the world.
For the period from March 2010 to February 2011, The Ritz-Carlton Berlin took the number one spot, followed by The Regent Berlin and Casa Camper Berlin.
