Global Review Index™ Hotel Rankings: Full Report for 10 Major US Cities

Following our announcements of the Top 10 hotels in ten major US cities with the Global Review Index™ Hotel Rankings last week, today we are releasing a full report that looks at the following for each of these cities:


  • The volume of reviews over the last year
  • The average Global Review Index™ for each city
  • Which aspects of their hotel stay guests rated highest and lowest for each city (looking at semantic analysis)
  • The strengths and weaknesses of each of the top ten hotels: Looking at Department Indexes for Cleanliness, Location, Room, Service and Value.
